10 sets of 2 Front squats

Use the first few minutes to warm up to a moderate or even heavy weight. You can stay at one weight for all sets or increase as you go. Either way it should be heavy. Make sure you have enough time to get all your sets in and rest a bit between sets.

5 sets of 10 second Hollow hold
