MONDAY 6,8,9 am 4,5,6 pm 7pm (Ladies only)
TUESDAY . 6,8,9 am . 4,5,6 pm
WEDNESDAY . 6,8,9 am . 4,5,6 pm 7pm (Ladies only)
THURSDAY 9-12 open gym . 4,5,6 (Ladies join the 6 pm)
FRIDAY 6,8,9 am . 4,5,6 pm (6pm is open gym)
SATURDAY . 8 am
Doors typically open about 15 minutes prior to class start time.
Private Training for all levels is available by appointment.
Group classes include a warm-up, specific movement instruction or skill work, and a workout of the day. Variety, Intensity, and functionality are the keys to ever-increasing levels of fitness. There will always be scaled versions of the workouts so all fitness levels can get an effective workout.
