30 clean and jerk 135/95

50 back squats 135/95

every minute do 1 rope climb

 * start the workout with the rope climb

*set the timer for 1 min intervals

* mod for ropes is 3 strict pull-ups  

* if working on rope climbs feel free to go half way up
