So what do I do now?
Hopefully now, your crossfit workout is becoming a part of your normal pattern of life. Hopefully you have seen the great benefits of training at some high intensity. Hopefully you have seen the benefits of training together with others that are making it through life. Hopefully your daily wod is not an option but a given.
Maybe you have been training for a while now and you feel like you don't know what's next. How about sign up for a race, ride, event, etc. Hopefully you have been using your training as a catapult into the things you really love (mountain biking, running, Tough mudder, more activities with your families, etc).
The benefits of our training program far out weigh the cost of the program. Great health, fitness, confidence, mental strength, camraderie, fat loss, muscle gain, community - insert whatever else you have gained. So when you consider the program, do you really need a gym to do the wods? NO, but the question is Will you really work as hard as you need to without it? Unfortunately for most the answer is NO. So is the cost worth the benefits? YOU BET! so back to the original question, "what do i do now?"-
Hit the daily workout as hard as you can. Just like you did last time! Every day is a new challenge. If you become stagnant it is only because of you not the workout. If it is not challenging for you then you are not challenging yourself. Maybe you need to invite a friend and have them suffer...i mean train with you so you can have a mutual experience. In any case, stay focused, get your workout in. I look forward to seeing you.
