Hi CFL family. We are gathering together at the Smith house on Friday May 10th from 7:30-9:00 for a Paleo Feast. Please come and learn about this way of eating. Something your whole family can enjoy. Heather will be talking about the basics of Paleo/Primal. There will be even take home information about the Paleo lifestyle as well as recipes. Remember to come hungry and kids are welcome. Please respond by May 5th if you can make it so we know how much food to make. Bring wine to share if you would like... It CAN be considered Paleo :)
