Monday. Squat program

We will be doing a squat program over the next 4 weeks. It will be helpful to know your 1 rep max of back squat, the goal is to build strength. If you don’t know your 1 rep, try to challenge yourself!

20 Minutes

work your way up to 70% of max (should be challenging but a do able weight)

6 sets of 6 reps at 70% Back squats
