Wod:  40 mins 

1 minute : 3-5 muscleups bar or ring

1 minute : 5-10 handstand push-ups (strict,Kip, deficit)  or 10 ft handstand walk

1 minute: sled push 2 lengths 135/95

1 minute: 10 one armed oh lunge 53/35

 

post wod: spend 5-10 minutes of mobility
