100 burpee Pull ups (Rx is bar 1 foot above reach)
Every 2 Minutes perform 30 Double unders (start with double unders)
This is a tough Wod with a lot of reps, if needed cut the reps down, or leave out the Double unders. If you are working on your Double unders but 30 seems intimidating, cut the reps down or just practice every 2 minutes. Enjoy!!!
