hey CFL! Just wanted to give you an update on what's the latest in our community.  

As some of you are aware there are quite a few of us that have started to get serious about the things that we eat. We are now in our second round of athletes counting the macros. The first round was a huge success! 

This Saturday we will be hosting our first feast of the year at the Aragon household. Let me know if you're interested in attending so we can get a headcount.  

Workouts have continued to be great and people are hitting it hard since coming off the open.  

Coach Michelle painted an amazing logo on the wall. It looks great thanks Michelle!

be on the lookout for a new strength program coming in the next week or so. 

 

as I look into the future of this year it is that time again for me to give a good push on increasing some memberships for this year. As we did last year if anyone brings in 2 athletes that sign up for at least 3 months they will receive ONE MONTH FREE. 

Look for your friends or family that have been interested in trying CrossFit but maybe haven't had the courage to sign up. You know how amazing it has been for you and how amazing our little community is.  

I am looking to add another 20 members by the end of this year! Help me help you😀
