3 rounds for time:

20 power cleans 115/75

20 pullups

20 overhead lunges 45/25

20 wallballs 20/14   UNBROKEN * if you drop the ball then do 5 burpees then continue where you left off

 

Don't forget that BODY FAT TESTING is next friday aug 22 3-7 pm. This will start our next challenge for the next 3 months. details to be posted on the 25th of august. If you have never done it you should. it's a great way to measure your progress.
