Monday. New strength program

Hey CFL! Next 4 to 6 weeks we will be doing a strength program. It’s based off percentages of your max of back squat, dead lift and clean. If you don’t know your max, I encourage you to find something close it will benefit you for the program!

Back squats

5 reps at 40%

5 reps at 50%

5 reps at 60%

5 reps at 75%

5 reps at 80%

2 reps at 85%
