E.M.O.M. for 15 minutes

1 power snatch and 1 hang squat snatch. 

If you are comfortable with snatch try to increase in load. If you are still working on the mechanics, stay light an work on perfect form. 

WOD:

12 Minute AMRAP of:

30 air squats

15 K.B. Swings

10 Push ups

*A great goal would be the squats and swings unbroken, if you need to break the push ups into sets, make sure you take a small rest and get right back to work. Enjoy!!!
