Congrats to all the athletes who got their first ever Open Wod in. You all did great and Loomis is on the board. Let me give you some things to think about during this journey. 1. the fact that you accomplished the wod is a WIN in itself. 2. Let your score be a benchmark for future strength and fitness goals this year. Maybe you didn't do as well as you thought. Maybe you need to work on some more technique. Maybe endurance. 3. Practice being ok with your 100% effort. Don't let your score determine your satisfaction. 4. Be realistic. 5. HAVE FUN!!!!!! Celebrate how far you've come! That's it for now.
