Monday - time for squats

Monday June 3rd

we will be starting a few weeks to increase your strength. Mondays and Wednesday will have squats or deadlifts as your lift.  

 

lift: take 20 mins and find max or heavy squat in order to do future percentages with.  

Wod: 

3 rounds for time

400 m run

15 chest to bar pull-ups 

 

post wod: 10 reps

back squat with 5 second hold at bottom
