E.M.O.M. For 40 minutes, alternating movements 


1: 8 Dead lifts 255/175

2: 8 Handstand Push ups 

3: 8 Back squats 165/125

4: 8 Ring dips

The dead lifts and squats should be a challenging weight. But allow enough time for rest before the next movement. It’s a great opportunity to work on Handstand Push ups and ring dips, so modify the movement as needed or cut the reps down. Enjoy :)
