emom for 10 minutes 

2 squat cleans 225/155- 255/175

- if you can’t do the rx, get as close as you can

- if you can’t squat then power clean

 

wod: 

3 rounds for time:  

400 m run  

25 burpees to plate 45/35

- both feet hit the weight at same time and full extension at top must be achieved  

- challenge - get as close to 10 minutes as possible
