5 Rounds for time of 

800 M run

15 Pull ups 

15 Box jumps 24/20

This will be a longer workout, try to find a pace that you can stick with for all your rounds. try not to start out too fast and slow down significantly for the rest of the workout. The run should be a moderate pace, most likely break up your pull ups and try to get your box jumps un broken. Try to take minimal rest, even if you move slow, try to move for the majority of the workout. Enjoy!!!
