Every 2 Minutes for 24 Minutes

1 Snatch grip dead lift

1 Hang power snatch

1 Overhead squat

 

Wod:

5 rounds of:

10 Overhead squats 95/65

10 Burpee box jump overs 24/20

 

Post wod core:

Max handstand hold.

You can do this against the wall, freestanding or if you aren't comfortable being upside down, an overhead hold is a great option. 

 

Our very own Nick Pearce will soon be leaving us to answer a different call and leading in his life. Please join us as we send him off in the only appropriate way. Saturday august 12 we will have an all gym workout to remind him of us when he leaves.  

The workout will start at 10 and we will have hamburgers and hotdogs after. If you can't make it then maybe a stop by with a parting card or gift would be great.
