1 Hang Power snatch

1 Power snatch from the floor 

Goal is to work on positioning with this complex. Moving your knees back as the bar comes up, keeping the bar close as you reach extension and quick turnover as you receive the bar overhead. Doesn't need to be heavy, work on perfect reps. 


10 Minute Amrap

5 Burpees 

25 Double unders 

Once Complete rest 3 Minutes and run 800 M.
