45 min time cap. Workout will start 15 min after the hour so get in and get warmed up and ready to go.  

Childcare: there is no official childcare but I have asked my daughter AVA to help @9 am so if you feel comfortable with her watching than feel free to bring your kids.  

i will be doing it at 5 so if you want to get it done early see you in a few.
