The goal is to increase in weight every 5 minutes. Start at a lighter weight if needed. If you get to a weight that you don't feel you can go any heavier and keep good form, stay at that weight the remainder of the time. Try to have all your weights set out for your weight changes so you can add quickly, there is no rest between each 5 minute increment. Enjoy :) :)
