Overhead squats

Goal is to work on perfect form. Stay lighter and work on shoulder position and depth. Take time to rest between sets. 

 

Wod:

Every 4 minutes complete 400 M run for 5 rounds or 20 minutes

Goal should be to complete each 400 m as fast or faster than your previous run and get as much rest as possible between runs.
