hey CFL! The Pabalate's are vacating the premises for a week! As always the gym will be taken care of with our incredible coaching staff. Please take care of the gym as if it was your own and also welcome any new faces that you may not know. Please respect any coach that is leading and help support whatever they are trying to accomplish.
