1 snatch grip deadlift

1 hang snatch

1 power snatch

1 squat snatch

- work on form ( lighter weight) or challenging week get if you are confident with form

wod: 10 min amrap

800 run

40 chest to bar pull-ups  

40 double unders

40 deadlifts 225/155

 

Your hydration is your oil for your body. If you're dehydrated you will not be operating properly. Drink lots of water and the drink some more. These hot days will easily sap you when you don't think about it.
