Memorial Day wod - 8,9,10 only

we honor those that serve, have served, and have died in service.  choose one or do all three 😳 and complete however you'd like. It should be hard. Challenge yourself. 

The clock will start 15 minutes after the hour so you can have enough time to finish. Be early to warm up and figure out what you are doing. Thanks and I look forward to seeing you.

1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1-mile run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed, or break into 5 rounds of 20, 40, 60, as done at this year’s CrossFit Games. If you've got a 20-lb. vest or body armor, wear it.

225 pound Power clean, 1 rep

20 Walking lunge steps with 45lb plate held overhead
