Tabata Anyone

Each movement is for 10 rounds. A round is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Complete all 10 rounds of the movement before moving onto the next, no rest between movements. Goal is to sprint for the 20 seconds to get as many reps as possible. To score, add the lowest rep count of each movement together. Get out of that comfort zone!!!
