15 minute E.M.O.M. clean complex. Each minute complete:

1 Dead lift, 1 hang power clean, 1 front squat

All movements should be completed without putting the bar down. Start at a lighter weight and increase in load. Last few minutes should be challenging to get through for all 3 reps.
