80 Lunges with plate overhead 45/25

70 Push ups

60 Box jumps

50 Power snatch 95/65

*Every minute on the minute you must perform 3 burpees. Start with burpees. 

Get ready to work! Gonna be a little grinder, as soon as you think you are in a rhythm, the burpees are gonna come and mess everything up, be ready for that. Maybe come in with a game plan with how many reps of each movement you would like to get done in each minute after the burpees. Happy friday!!!
