Then go directly into another E.M.OM. for 7 minutes of 

2 push press

Start at a light weight for the strict press and try to increase in load in small, manageable increments. For the push press, you should be able to start at your ending weight from your strict press. Try to increase in load, the last few sets should be challenging but maintaining good form.
