Classes at 8,9,10, open gym in the afternoon.

wod:

60 Air squats

50 Overhead plate lunges 25/45

40 Pull ups

30 Push ups

20 Toes to bar

30 Push ups

40 Pull ups

50 Overhead plate lunges

60 Air squats

*Every minute on the minute, perform 3 burpees and continue where you left off. Maybe plan this one out a bit, have in mind how many reps you would like to complete each minute, but be realistic, if you slow down too much on your burpees you will lose a lot of your minute to work :)
