Monday 

lift: emom 12 mins 

1 deadlift, 1 hang clean, 1 power clean,1 jerk

 - moderate weight for the entire 12 minutes

 

wod: 4 rounds for time:

10 hang cleans 155/105

25 wallballs 20/14***

rest 2 mins

 

*** if you drop the wallball there is a 12 burpee penalty at the end of the wod
