strength wod :

every 5 minutes for 25 minutes perform  

7 rounds of  

1 clean

1 front squat

1 press

1 back squat

1 press

increase weight every time. Do not let go of bar during rounds. All 7 rotations should be completed unbroken. Goal is to find heaviest 7 rounds.  

ex: 95, 105,115,125,135,145
