Every 5 minutes run 200m 

30 clean and jerks 115/75

60 push-ups 

90 sit ups

60 pullups

Post wod:  

3 x 10 back squats 60% add 10-20 lbs each set

all classes  will be open tomorrow. If you can stay late then do the extra work. The open is coming and you will not want to be working on your skills for the first time during the open wod.
