intermediate- 95-115/65-75 

novice- 55-75/35-45 

- try to get as many snatches in a minute and hold it over the course of the workout. You should shoot for 8-12 so choose wisely. If you are able to do 15+ you have gone to light, if you can only do 5 you have gone to heavy.
