hey guys, what a great week last week. I reflected on thanksgiving on how much I appreciate each life in this gym. The uniqueness of each persons life. The pounds lost, the goals made, the self esteem increased, the patterns developed, and the community shared. We have a very special thing here at Crossfit Loomis and I am so thankful for you that are apart of what is going on here. lets make 2017 an amazing year!!

today and Tuesday morning I will be out of town and not available to coach. We have a few coaches that are stepping in to lead. I would ask that you would respect them and listen to them as you would me. They are taking time and energy to be thoughtful of you in your class so please be a help and not a hinderance. I expect that you make their job easier not harder. We have such a great community they are willing to help step in.
