e2mom for 30 min:

2 front squats 185/135

* every set increase rep by 1 until you cannot make the time then go back down to the previous rep count that was made.  

2 rope climbs

-pull weight off ground if possible

- sub back squat 225/155 or heavier if needed

- should feel heavy and a good effort

- sub 5 Burpee pull-ups per rope climb

- use wod to work on rope climb as well ( becoming more efficient, technique, ) 


finish abs 4 min plank
