Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
45-lb. thrusters, 25 reps
25 burpees
45-lb. sumo deadlift high-pulls, 25 reps


today marks the beginning of our nutrition program. I encourage you to attack this with the same level of commitment that you would your workouts. You will not be disappointed. Also, I challenge you to be all about the scale. This is about balanced fitness. The reason we need challenges with our nutrition is because we are off balance. The majority of times people are overly consumed with weight and although we train 5-6 times a week we think we shouldn't eat and then we will lose weight. This is the WRONG thinking. we should be fueling our bodies , providing it with the proper nutrients to perform correctly. We need to turn from cultures influence on this.
