Lift: 3 deadlifts emom 12 min
- warm up to heavy weight and maintain

5 rounds for time:
30 squats
30 double unders

As we move past summer and begin to think about fall and the closing out of the year(crazy) , set some goals for yourself. Don't wait for the new year to start. This would be a perfect time to start some good patterns. Kids are back in school, schedules settle down, the ability to focus will be increased. Is it time to clean up your nutrition, strength cycles will begin again soon. Write it up on the goals board for accountability.
