Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

800 m run
7 cycles of bear complex

1 clean
1 front squat
1 back squat
1 press

Rx weight 115/75
Rx also must be completed unbroken without dropping bar

If you drop then reduce weight and start complex over.

Score total reps. Each round will equal 35 reps. If it bar is dropped then no reps are given and must be redone.
