Let's not be weak. No excuses. No complaints. Workout with a smile on your face. What an opportunity for you to be as fit as you can. Don't take it for granted.  

It's easy to quit. It takes no effort. It's hard to show up. Be a higher level of humanity and show up! It's the hardest part. Inspire others. See the good. Be positive. Don't be negative.
