Take 10 minutes to work on skill:
100 double unders
Handstand hold
Muscleups 2 per minute ( or work transitions)
Dips 3-5 per minute
Ring dips 3-5 per minute
Toes to bar 2-5 per minute
Pullups 2-5 per minute
Etc.
movements should be for quality and they should be worked the entire 10 minutes.


Wod:
20 minutes to complete
1 mile run , 2000 m row, 3 mile bike
With remaining time
Complete as man rounds as possible:
5 thrusters 95/65
10 lunges
5 burpees
