wod:

Run 800 m

2 rounds

20 pull-ups 

50 squats

run 400 m

 

we're 3 weeks in to the open. Wow congrats to all the athletes that took a leap and signed up for the open. It's an awesome thing to be a part of something bigger for a few weeks and compete with the world,country,state,region,friends, and ultimately yourself! Way to go! The open holds us to the fire and forces us to conquer things we're not the best at. It helps us set goals to gain strength ,skill, and stamina. It helps focus on ways to move better and more efficiently. It pushes us a bit more than the daily wod for some reason although it shouldn't. We have 2 more weeks to go. Keep it up we're almost done! This is where the work starts. Keep up your training. Have a great week! Don't let anyone tell you it wasn't  worth it.
