115/75 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 21 reps

115/75 pound Thruster, 12 reps
115/75 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 15 reps

115/75 pound Thruster, 9 reps
115/75 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 9 reps

we tend to be trained in the 15-20 minute time zone. we are able to give 80% for 15-20 minutes but can you give 90% for 10? or 100% for 5?
