100 m overhead lunges 45/25 * while doing lunges you must drop the weight, run to the cone and then return where you left off
* if you find that the clock catches up to you more than 2 times in a row than change the run to a 100 meter run.
* you also may pair up but you must run as a team
the workout will begin at 15 after 8 and 9 so get warmed up and get your bars ready.
