"heavy grace"

30 clean and jerk

A. 135/95
B. 155/105
C. 185/135
E. 225/155

pick whichever option is "heavy" in your mind. That could mean it's the RX grace (135/95). Do not be overly concerned with trying to "link" 30 c+J's together. this may look like 2,3,4,or 5 per minute. If you're RX grace time is in the 2-3 minute time frame then this should be in the 5-8 minute time frame.

Classic Crossfit= Move Large Load over long distance quickly. I love it. it's not complicated. it provides a very efficient workout. You get alot done in a short amount of time. You can take the equation anywhere. it's measurable.
