We're not just shooting for Prs when we lift. It's nice when we hit them but what we really should be shooting for is Long term quality and improvement. small and incremental improvements we should be satisfied by. If you're stuck at a certain weight keep working at it.

I remember when working with 135lbs was not an option for me. but now 3 years later it's not even a question if I can. I'm not saying this to brag but to show that I don't even remember the day I worked out with 135. I just kept showing up and doing what I could. Lifting the weight and doing the wods as best as I could that day. This fitness program called crossfit is a part of my life. I hope that I will be cleaning, snatching, deadlifting, muscleuping, double undering, rowing, box jumping, kettlebelling, pulluping, pushuping, squatting, etc. into my old age. Give your best today. it's all you can do.

in the mean time watch Kendrick Farris lift this incredible amount of weight
