There will be only one class at 9 am.

"Murph" 1 mile run 100 pull-ups 200 push-ups 300 squats 1 mile run

Rx is done with 20lb weight vest and in order.

Take time to remember and appreciate the freedoms that you have. Thank a soldier for serving. And do the workout without complaining. Try to keep all grunts and expressions of struggle to yourself as a practice of control. See you tomorrow.
