WOD:

1. 3 rounds for time

15 hang snatch 95/65
15 box jumps  30/24

rest 3 minutes

2. 3 rounds for time

15 push press  95/65
run 200 /row 300

rest 2 minutes

3. 3 rounds for time

25 wall balls 20/14
15 burpees

Athletes (depending on level) will have the option to do 1, 2, or 3 of these wods. Realistically 2 would suffice for a good WOD but if you would like to push yourself and test your limits then do all three.

Record BOTH times for wod and total time.
