Great Job to everyone that participated in the open. We had a great first year. We got some PR's. We pushed beyond some limits we thought we could go. We met standards and go NO REP'd ALOT! Take some time and review how far you have come. Also take some time and see where you were weak and set some goals on how you want to improve. For now we are getting back to a normal work schedule. Be ready for Anything. Let's get back to training for life. Enjoy the daily wod. Get back to keeping the intensity for the wod. Maybe look forward to the Tough Mudder.
