For time: 20 calorie Row 30 Wallball Shots, 20/14 pound ball
20 Toes to bar 30 Box jumps, 24"/20" box
20 Sumo-deadlit high-pull, 95/65 pound 30 Burpees
20 Shoulder to overhead, 135/95 pounds
level 2 100 m Sled push, sled plus 165 pounds (gutter to gutter)
1. Crossfit open begins next week. Don't forget to sign up. Everyone will be able to do the WODs. They are designed so everyone can do it. It will be a great way to measure your fitness with the rest of the world!
To sign-up for the CF Open: Go to http://games.crossfit.com/ On the top right, click the red tab that says "Compete Here" Follow the instructions to sign-up and select Crossfit Loomis as your team! Let's do this!

This program is designed for your kiddos to help develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, the kids will participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded individuals with their physical health.
